In this informal and fun 90 minute workshop, you will start with some general introductions from Frances about her work as a Reiki practitioner / Energy and Spiritual Healer and teacher and what you will cover over the session. A guided grounding visualisation will be followed by two different energy practices which are taken from classic Reiki training and then you will be shown a selection of techniques on how to help protect and clear your personal energy. This will include ideas on how to protect your home, make sacred spaces in your own environment, exploring energetic boundaries and following your intuition. All this will take place in the gorgeous setting of The Pink Room with herbal tea and vegan snacks. Beginners welcome - no experience necessary. Come and get your inner witch on!
