RESET mini retreat: Yoga, Healing, Friendship + Tarot

Join The Pink Room team with the intention to reset, rebuild and make new connections. This "RESET retreat" is like no other, you will leave feeling more able to love yourself, empowered with new self-care practices and feeling like you've pressed reset. This retreat is a little different to our usual empowerment days in that the main focus is to relax and aid reset your nervous system with our team of relaxation experts. 

The schedule: 

• Welcome energising juice shot + energy ball
• Pranayama
• Sunshine Yoga practice inclusive of bigger bodies and those with limitations
• 40 minute reiki healing + guided relaxation
• Lunch - on this occasion we invite you to bring your own lunch, this allows us to make the price more financially accesible 
• Group bonding mindful walk through nature with gentle topic prompts or the option to have a 20 minute private session of either head massage, reiki or tarot (+£20) 
• Zen tea + cake in the garden 
• An introduction to tarot for self-care workshop
• Yoga nidra + sound healing with grounding energy work from our team
• Goodbyes
