About the event
Join The Pink Room team and Christian from Golden Hour Co for a female empowerment day with the intention to reset, rebuild and make new connections. This "retreat" is like no other, you will leave feeling more able to love yourself, empowered with new self-care practices and feeling like you've pressed reset. The aim of the day is to remind you of your value, help you leave behind what no longer serves you and take a step into your power. TPR Empowerment Days are an inclusive space for all women, no previous wellness or yoga knowledge is necessary, we actively encourage total newbies to the wellness world who are keen to take the first steps to an empowering self-care practice and the holistic world of healing.
