In this informal and fun 90 minute workshop, you will start with some general introductions from Frances about her work as a Reiki practitioner / Energy and Spiritual Healer and teacher and what you will cover over the session. A background introduction to a specific and small selection of crystals, their qualities and uses will lead into some practical exercises to help you tune into your intuition. Frances will share some useful resources and explore ways to work with or use crystals in your everyday life.
