RETREAT Summer Empowerment Day with The Pink Room at Well House Yoga Space

Join The Pink Room team for a trans inclusive female empowerment day with the intention to reset, rebuild and make new connections. This "retreat" is like no other, you will leave feeling more able to love yourself, empowered with new self-care practices and feeling like you've pressed reset. The aim of the day is to remind you of your value, help you leave behind what no longer serves you and take a step into your power. TPR Empowerment Days are an inclusive space for all women, no previous wellness or yoga knowledge is necessary, we actively encourage total newbies to the wellness world who are keen to take the first steps to an empowering self-care practice and the holistic world of healing. 

The schedule: 

• Welcome energising juice shot + energy ball
• Empowering sun salutation summer yoga practice - inclusive of beginners and bigger bodied babes
• Guided sunshine meditation, group energetic cleanse and collective alter creation
• An introduction to self-care in Summer, a discussion about the spiritual significance of Summer Solstice and how to harness its power
• A gorgeous nutritious + seasonal lunch
• Creative summer altar + energy healing workshop
• A reiki balancing + yoga nidra
• Closing ceremony ritual & goodbyes 

Throughout the day there is an opportunity to break away and have a treatment with one of our resident practitioners, the hard part will be deciding which 30 minutes to miss from the schedule! These treatments are optional and not included in the price of the retreat. There is an additional charge which is paid directly to the therapists. 

The fee is £100 with the option to pay £10 towards funding a ticket for a woman who can't afford the fee but would really benefit. We have a few pay as you can places for people who really need nurturing and can't afford the full rate.
