Step into our safe haven of restoration and connection with our grounding 3 hour workshop focusing on resetting the nervous system, specifically curated for those of us who are neuro-divergent - allowing ourselves to unmask in a ND safe space. This is accessible to people waiting to be diagnosed and those who are already. This is going to be an ongoing workshop, once a month and the aim is to welcome the same people back each month to foster support - although you only need to commit to one workshop at a time.

Through gentle movement, breathwork, adhd appropriate mindful creative practices and group energy healing you'll release tension, cultivate inner peace, and forge meaningful connections with yourself and others.
