Service Description

Yoga for little uns, focussing on emotional development, breathwork and movement through story There are 2 sessions available Thursday 25th April and Thursday 9th May. These sessions are aimed at children who are able to move around a yoga mat or from a wheelchair/chair and able to engage with story. I don't like to use age brackets because all children are different but I would say if you think your little one is able to focus and paricipate in a session with you in the same room, they are probably the right age, as a general guide aged 3 - preschool age but I am happy for parents to be the judge. The focus is entirely on the kids, parents are welcome to take a seat in the venue to keep a watchful eye over them while perhaps enjoying a take-away coffee from Galleria. What to bring: warm socks, water bottle and a yoga mat/towel/beach mat (whatever ya have). Accessibility: Location - The room is wheelchair accessible. There are disabled toilets, and baby changing. I will send an email out closer to the date with specifics. Physical limitations - the class will involve floor based stretching, standing postures and controlled breathing from either the mat or a chair. If you or your child have specific limitations please contact Ella to discuss if she can modify the practice: hello@thepinkschool.co.uk. Visual accessibility - the space will be well lit throughout and there will be no adjustment to the lighting. Sound - there are no induction loops in the venue. There is no echo, and background music will be kept very low. There will be a lot of noise from the babies.
