Jo (she/her) is a senior holistic therapist and has lovingly mastered her craft with over 10 years experience. She believes that self care is so important and something everyone should make time for. Jo’s treatments are inspired by her time working as a spa therapist, so expect luxury and attention to detail.

Energy healer and all round total babe. Where do we even begin with Frances, there is no-one in this world quite like her.
Frances is an energy expert, a Reiki master - she works with Usui, Tera Mai, Angelic reiki and is incredibly intuitive, humble, grounded and nonjudgmental. She is a mental health first-aider & period power advocate.
